Employee Reliability Inventory is a pre-employment psychometric tool that identifies the risk of turnover. In more than 150 validation studies globally, its use has been shown to reduce employee turnover by 35% and absenteeism by 22%.
TMS-PeopleProfit conducted a business validation study of ERI in one of the largest retail chains in India. ERI was administered to the frontline staff at the time of hiring. Turnover analysis after a year showed that the ERI-recommended employees had a 33% reduction in turnover rate as compared to those who were not recommended by ERI.
