CCV Business Validation Study in Indian Retail Sector Released
CCV is a Sales Force selection tool that predicts successful performance in sales positions.
TTMS-PeopleProfit conducted a business validation study in the Indian retail stores of one of the best known global brands on spot shoes and sportwear. The study tracked the sales performance and incentive earnings of stores sales staff over a period of six months. The results showed that the sales staff recommended by CCV sold 17% more and earned 22% higher incentives than those who were rejected by CCV.
Based on the actual number of sales staffs hired every year, the additional sales revenue resulting from using CCV to screen sales staff worked out to Rs. 217 Crore.
