TTMS-PeopleProfit, through its partnership with the VYA© Group and arrangements with Psychometrics, the leading business psychology company based at Edmonton, Canada, introduced two highly specialised psychometric assessment tools in India.

Employee Reliability Inventory (ERI): A pre-employment psychometric assessment instrument that identifies the chances of unreliable, counterproductive and deviant behaviours in job candidates.

Sales Competence Coefficient (CCV): A selection / evaluation assessment tool that predicts successful performance in sales positions.

TTMS-PeopleProfit translated ERI and CCV into Indian languages like Hindi, Marathi, and Bengali and adapted the tests for the Indian population through equivalence studies.
