Aniruddha brings more than 30 years of managerial and consulting experience to the table in the areas of performance improvement through planned interventions.
His career encompasses tenures in CESC, a power utility, CII, IBCON and Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College.
Aniruddha has spearheaded HR initiatives in learning & development, assessment centres, competency mapping, talent management, mentoring & coaching, performance management, employee engagement and change management interventions.
His exposure to Japanese Management has enabled him to drive quality initiatives through improvement management, business excellence models, employee involvement, kaizen, 5S, CFT. Aniruddha is an Assessor for CII-EXIM BANK Business Excellence Award and a Member of NAAC Team for accreditation to University.
Consulting assignments carried out by Aniruddha include diagnostic studies, work studies, manpower planning, production planning & control, resource optimization, organisation restructuring, incentive schemes, market surveys etc.
Aniruddha has co-authored a book on Quality Management and has edited in-house journals, e-magazine and monographs.
Aniruddha received his ME (Mechanical Engineering) from B.E College, Calcutta University, and his MBA from IISWBM, Calcutta University. He also holds a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD and has completed a Certificate Programme on Organisation Development, from NTL, USA.
