James D. Kirkpatrick, PhD, currently Vice President of Global Training and Consulting with SMR-USA, presents workshops for and provides consulting to Fortune 500 companies around the world.
Jimís major areas of consulting include implementing the four levels of evaluation (the Kirkpatrick model), design and development of balanced scorecards, executing strategy, change management and coaching.
Jim has worked as a management consultant in the fields of healthcare, education, finance, manufacturing, not-for-profits, and government. At SMR-USA, Jimís clients include organisations such as: Harley-Davidson, LíOreal, Ingersoll Rand, Honda, Printpack, Clarian Health, SABIC, Occidental of Oman, and GE Healthcare.
Since 1995, Jim has developed and implemented a career development center, worked on senior strategic planning teams, worked with organizations across the world in the areas of evaluation, team building, coaching, and leadership, and conducted executive coaching.
He was the founder and director of First Indiana Bankís corporate university.
Jim has a bachelorís and masterís degree from the University of Wisconsin, and earned his PhD from Indiana State University.
Jim has co-written three books with his father, Dr. Donald Kirkpatrick, and speaks at conferences across continents.
